<image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

Amy often jokes that she’s attached to her hip when she’s alone, as Nelly was at this writing.</image:caption>

<image:title>amylocklin - Stanley, the cuddler, the charmer, the one Amy couldn’t help adopting even though she knew better (the one who may think he’s a cat, despite being larger than Stella)</image:title>
<image:caption>Stanley joined a neighbor on her jog and followed her all the way home. Amy found him with her after he’d gotten away when she and her husband were trying to take him to animal control. Amy knew she shouldn’t add one more mouth to feed, plus vet bills and grooming, but he won everyone’s hearts too fast, except Stella’s. It took a full year for the two to bond and begin to pee in the same spot, as if to say, “We are part of the same pack.”</image:caption>

      <image:title>about</image:title>
<image:caption>Amy Locklin has been a university educator and nonprofit administrator for decades in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast United States. As a young undergrad and graduate student in theatre arts, she played the lead in a handful of projects: in a BFA thesis film, a TV, and a radio commercial. She also played Lucy in a full-stage production of The Rivals and the Narrator in her own script, I’d Just Die. In Indianapolis, she performed for seven years as a semi-professional jazz vocalist, and her middle voice technique has improved considerably with continued practice. Her in-progress science fiction detective mystery, The Case of the Organic Gone, takes place in a future when the environment and genetic engineering have gotten out of control. Her full poetry collection, A Woman Somehow Dead, is a memoir in verse, which includes the story of her German grandparents immigrating to the US after World War II. Everything in her previous experience led her to conceive of alchemicalmindset.org.</image:caption>
